Even though you are embarking on an incredible journey being pregnant can be stressful, physically exhausting and not to mention scary.

 

That is why we have designed our MUMMY TO BE classes to help you find ways to relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

 

Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy until your baby is born.

Classes run on a Tuesday at 6.30pm - 7.30pm

6 class pass is £48 or pay as you go £9
