Service Description

FLOURISH is a specialised Yoga & Wellness session tailored to help females UNDERSTAND and NURTURE their menstrual cycle (MOONTIME) to improve overall health and fertility. DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR: - Trouble sleeping - Breast tenderness - Anxiety - Cravings (usually junk food) - Cramping - Lack of Energy - Backache or other body pain - Bloating - Mood swings - Emotional outbursts...... Now this is just a few symptoms we may experience throughout a month thanks to our hormones! YES ladies HORMONES. So let me teach you how to harness your hormones and make the most out of each month. No more mental negative chit chat as we will begin to love and appreciate our body for doing the many wonderful jobs that it does. As a female fertility yoga teacher and wellness practitioner, I have worked in the health and wellbeing industry for over 15+ years, and within this time I have witnessed first hand the destructive nature and negativity we as females place on ourselves. We curse our monthly hormonal changes rather than embracing them and using them to our advantage. This is where a lot of our problematic PMS is born from. What makes 'FLOURISH' different from other yoga sessions: Unfortunately within everyday yoga classes as teachers we are not taught to teach from a female perspective. We do not talk about how the body, mind and hormones change throughout the month and we do not address ways to improve premenstrual tension. Worst yet for ladies that are looking to conceive or improve fertility then mainstream yoga sessions could do more harm than good, especially at specific times of the month such as menstruation and ovulation and that is why I have added FLOURISH to our weekly studio timetable to offer a more nurturing feminine approach to our practice. Each week we will explore a different phase of the monthly cycle Dark Moon (Winter) (Menstruation) - Soothing Yin Yoga flow to set intentions Waxing Moon (Spring) (pre-ovulation) - Yin Yang yoga flow for grounding Full Moon (Summer) (Ovulation) - Uplifting yoga flow for gratitude and celebration Waning Moon (Autumn) (pre-menstruation) - Gentle Yoga flow to rest and rejuvenate This season is still very beneficial to females that DO NOT HAVE a monthly cycle.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule​ a session please login​ to your members​'​ account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cancelled your classes, private sessions or massage treatments and you paid for this service using a bank card or paypal please contact us to start the refund process.
