Service Description
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or just fancy pressing the reset button, this friendly and down-to-earth 4-week block is the perfect place to begin (or begin again!). Over four feel-good sessions, we’ll guide you gently through the basics — think simple postures, mindful movement, and breathing techniques — all designed to help you build strength, flexibility and confidence without feeling overwhelmed. 🧘 What to expect: - A calm, supportive space where questions are always welcome - A breakdown of foundational yoga poses & how to adapt them for your body - Breathwork tools to help with stress, energy and focus - A little intro to yoga philosophy — the good stuff that helps off the mat too - Time to move, pause, and reconnect with yourself midweek Each class lasts 1 hour and is kept small so we can offer individual support and guidance — no pressure, no pretzel poses, just a warm welcome and a lovely stretch.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session please login to your members' account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cancelled your classes, private sessions or massage treatments and you paid for this service using a bank card or paypal please contact us to start the refund process. info@elliottyogastudio.com If you cancel using your 6 session class pass there is no need to contact us as all class session will automatically be refunded.
