Meet the teachers

At Elliott Yoga Studio, we’re proud to welcome a variety of experienced and passionate teachers who bring their own unique style to the space. Some are here every week offering regular classes, while others host special events and workshops throughout the month.

Whether you're joining a calming evening class, a soulful weekend workshop, or a seasonal self-care session, you'll be supported by teachers who care deeply about your wellbeing and bring something special to the studio.

Angela Elliott

Co-founder of Elliott Yoga Studio, Angela holds an Honours Degree in Sports Science and various diplomas in yoga, proper breathing, massage therapy and has over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry. Her passion lies in supporting women through all stages of life using movement, meditation, mindset and aromatherapy. Angela specialises in women’s wellness, including fertility, menopause and yogi sleep.
Weekly Classes: Yin Yang Yoga, feminine flow, beginners yoga and female fusion flow.

Rose

Rose is a seasoned and passionate yoga teacher with a humanitarian spirit. She is fascinated by philosophy, all things mindfulness, traditional chinese medicine and functional movement which is empahised through her wide variety of interests in martial arts, qigong, pilates and tahitian dancing.
Weekly Classes:  Yoga for Children Monday 4.15pm , Breathe easy Thursday 10am

Kirstin

Kirstin is a passionate yoga teacher and founder of kalm Yoga. She specialises in teaching beginner friendly Hatha and vinyasa classes that gently build towards intermediate level making Yoga accessible, energising and empowering for everyone.
Weekly Classes: Morning Yoga

Stephani

Enjoy an hour to reset and recharge This gentle yoga class combines beginner-friendly movement, simple breathwork, and a relaxing guided meditation to melt away stress and restore balance. No experience needed.
Weekly: Mind body reset (Tuesdays 9.30am - 10.30am)
