Join us at the beautiful Tea House on the Loch for a cosy autumn retreat where we'll spend the day slowing down, moving, creating, eating good food and enjoying some proper time away from the usual busyness.

We've brought together some of our favourite things — yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, creativity, good food and deep rest — into one lovely day.

And there'll be a little bit of arOMa Rituals running through the whole experience too.
