Pilates with Rebecca at Elliott Yoga Studio Tuesdays, 6pm - 7pm Join Rebecca for a revitalising Pilates class that focuses on strengthening the body while promoting balance and flexibility. This whole-body workout emphasises key Pilates principles like alignment, breath, and centering, making it perfect for all levels. Rebecca’s passion for Pilates shines through, as she helps you connect the mind and body for a transformative experience. Beyond just building core strength, this class enhances posture, flexibility, and mindfulness. Rebecca is a certified Pilates Instructor, Stretch Coach, Breath Coach, and Nutritional Therapist, committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, her class is designed to help you feel empowered and love movement. Pay as you go for £9 or join with any Elliott Yoga membership.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session please login to your members' account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cancelled your classes, private sessions or massage treatments and you paid for this service using a bank card or paypal please contact us to start the refund process. info@elliottyogastudio.com If you cancel using your 6 session class pass there is no need to contact us as all class session will automatically be refunded.
