Qi Gong Class What is Qi Gong? A beautiful, gentle practice combining: ✨ Mindful movements ✨ Controlled breathing ✨ Meditation This practice encourages relaxation from the inside out. With regular practice, you’ll experience a stronger, healthier body, enhanced vitality, and a clear, calm mind. Perfect for: ✔️ All ages ✔️ Those recovering from illness or injury ✔️ Beginners to movement ✔️ Yoga practitioners looking to deepen their mind-body connection Through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing we will explore how to cultivate and circulate your internal energy, known as Qi or prana (if more familiar with Yoga). Each session ends with a warm cup of tea or water to harmonise and support the flow of tea long after practice. To cancel or reschedule a session please login to your members' account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'.
