Introducing Angela Elliott:

As the co-founder of The Elliott Yoga Studio and the visionary behind Aromatic Yogi, Angela Elliott brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the world of yoga and wellness. With her husband Nicky Elliott by her side, Angela is on a mission to create a space where individuals can embark on a wellness journey towards holistic well-being.

Angela's main yoga style is Hatha yoga, offering accessible and rejuvenating classes that focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breath awareness. Additionally, she expertly guides Yin Yang sessions, incorporating the use of bolsters and props to create a harmonious balance between effort and relaxation.

🌸 Yoga Flows for Women's Health: Angela recognizes the unique needs of women at different stages of their lives. To address these needs, she offers specialised yoga flows tailored to fertility and healthy menstruation (FLOURISH), menopause (EVOLVE), and pregnancy (BLOSSOM).
