Join me at the studio for a relaxing floor based cosy candlelite yoga flow followed by an Autumn guided meditation. We will keep it extra COSY with comfortable blankets, heated eye pillows, warm spicy scents to invigorate your senses and a lovely glow from a room full of fairy lights and candles. Roll out the mat, settle down and let us guide you through this beautiful, gentle floor-based practice. Suitable for all levels including beginners and particularly great for peri-menopausal women, new mums and those recovering from an injury

To cancel or reschedule a session please login to your members' account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cancelled your classes, private sessions or massage treatments and you paid for this service using a bank card or paypal please contact us to start the refund process. info@elliottyogastudio.com If you cancel using your 6 session class pass there is no need to contact us as all class session will automatically be refunded.
