OMMM RESTORE is our Optimal Movement, Meditation, Mindset session to restore balance to the mind and body. It is a nourishing practice combining gentle, dynamic movement with restorative poses. We will explore the use of bolsters, blocks, and straps to release tension, restore calm, and reset your nervous system. Perfect for stress relief, flexibility, and energy balance. ✔️ Inspired by Yin and Yang Yoga principles. Class Times: Wednesday 10am Thursday 7.30pm Classes are suitable for complete beginners and beyond.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session please login to your members' account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cancelled your classes, private sessions or massage treatments and you paid for this service using a bank card or paypal please contact us to start the refund process. info@elliottyogastudio.com If you cancel using an Elliott Flexi pass or best of both there is no need to contact us as all class session will automatically be refunded.
