Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Deadline: Clients may cancel a class and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made before 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Refund Process for Flexi Flow Members: Flexi Flow members will automatically receive refunds credited to their membership plan for cancellations made within the specified time frame. Refund Process for Other Payment Methods: For clients who have paid using debit cards, PayPal, or other pay-as-you-go methods, refund requests must be sent via email to info@elliottyogastudio.com. Refund Request Procedure: Email Subject: Refund Request - [Your Name] Include class details (date and time) and payment confirmation. We will be more than happy to process the refund and confirm the completion of the transaction.
