Our OMMM Retreat on the Loch brings together three of our most-loved OMMM experiences into one relaxing day by the loch. Normally enjoyed as individual studio events, we've combined them to create a seasonal retreat where you can slow down, take your time and experience the OMMM Method from beginning to end.
Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you'll find a warm welcome, beautiful surroundings and a day that reminds you how good it feels to make time for yourself.

Your OMMM Morning Experience ✽ OMMM RESTORE Our morning begins with Restore, our signature Movement & Meditation Experience. We'll move gently, take time to breathe and finish with a guided meditation and soothing mini massage ✽ NOURISH We'll then enjoy a relaxed lunch overlooking the loch. Take a walk, enjoy a chat or simply sit with a coffee and enjoy the view.
