This is your time to relax, recharge and take time out for yourself!! 

Bathe in the healing and balancing vibrations of the crystal bowls, Native American Flute, Koshi chimes,Ocean Drum and Chau gong. Mats, Covers and Pillows are provided for your comfort during the meditation. (feel free to bring more pillows/covers if you wish) 

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes that you can fully relax in.
