Festive Feel Good
Meditation & Journaling
Join us on Wednesday 28th of Dec at 1pm till 2pm for a peaceful slice of calm.
We will spend 1 hour together to journal and meditate as we move from 2022 to 2023.
WHAT YOU NEED:
All you need is a candle, your favourite pen and note book and maybe a little hot drink.
HOW IT WORKS
Before we go Live you will receive an email with a link to the online session. Simply click the link to go straight to the video page. I will be there to greet you and begin our Festive Feel Good session.
If you cannot commit to the 28th of December but would still love to take part then that is no problem as the session will be recorded for you to view at your leisure.
