We are committed to protecting your privacy and adopt a strict principle of protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully to send products to you by mail order and to keep you informed about our products and services if you have consented to to receive newsletters from us. We do not share or sell any information about you, or your buying habits, with anyone. For those who have their goods delivered via courier, your address, email and phone number are passed to the courier company to facilitate delivery.

We do not store any payment details such as bank details and credit/debit card details nor do we share or sell customer details to any third parties.

The information is entered by the customer at point of order. The order status is updated by the system throughout the processing procedure. This information is stored so that we have records of product sales and customer order history and for the customers to search their order history.

We plan to retain this information for easier use and reach unless Angela Elliott Yoga is expressly asked to delete the customer information. If you wish to discuss or view the data held on the Angela Elliott Yoga system please login in to your account and view the details in the 'My Account' section. If you wish to delete your information please email Angela Elliott Yoga and we will delete it for you. This will also delete your order history.

The information onto the courier/postal system is entered by a Angela Elliott Yoga staff member. The consignment details are updated by the system throughout the delivery process. This information is stored so that we have records of deliveries to customers without compormising the privacy of this data.

We plan to retain this information unless Angela Elliott Yoga is expressly asked to delete the customer information. In the event that Angela Elliott yoga update or change its ordering system, we would take steps to transfer this data to the new or updated platform. If you wish to have this information deleted, please email info@angelaelliottyoga.co.uk to request the deletion.

We sometimes use a third-party websites, Facebook or Paypal to manage our events, notifications and online payments. but please note and be aware that none of this information is shared outwith the Angela Elliott yoga client list and community and is used as a means of keeping our clients informed with upcoming changes and events, promotions or last minute issues enforced and outwith our control.
