Within this 2hr Event Angela will introduce you to a range of essential oils that we will then use in mixing and making an aromatic rollerball for you to take home with you. After spending some time getting familiar with the scentsational world of essential oils, teaching you the safe and practical way to blend your own unique rollerball perfume, we will then enjoy a relaxing meditation practice using the scented rollerball.

At the end of the event you will understand why essential oils have long been renowned for their ability to improve emotional and mental well-being and why when used properly, they can be a beautiful compliment to any yoga or meditation practice. 

You have the option to make 1 or 2 of your own aromatic rollerball oils to take home, keeping the recipe for future use.

Angela will also show you ways to use your oil and set intentions everyday.
