CBT 90min group sessions on how to manage menopause
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but can be very useful for managing menopausal symptoms.
The Two 90min events will be hosted by Bonnie Caulfield and Elaine Middleton (student psychotherapists) Free of charge first come first serve.
Aug 21st Event 2pm will discuss how to support and manage the biological changes around the menopause.
Sep 4th Event 2pm will focus on supporting and managing emotional changes around the menopause.
