Deep Rest & Glow — Summer Radiance Experience

Join us for a beautiful 2-hour experience designed to help you slow down, deeply rest and reconnect with yourself through movement, meditation and mindful self-care.

This special Summer Radiance edition begins with a yin-inspired slow flow to gently release tension from the body through calming movement, grounding breathwork and longer-held stretches created to encourage deep rest within the nervous system.

As the body softens, you’ll be guided into meditation and relaxation while enjoying a soothing mini massage to help melt away stress and invite a sense of calm and stillness.
