About the event
Join us on Monday 22nd December for an evening of cosy community fun and Christmas spirit!
This 2-hour gathering is your chance to press pause, breathe deeply, and enjoy time with like-minded lovely humans before the festive chaos kicks in.
We’ll begin with a Calm candlelit yoga flow, easing out festive tension from body and mind. Then settle into a deep winter meditation designed to bring a little peace back into your season.
And once we’re all blissed out?
It’s time for some festive fun!
Bring along a small gift for our Secret Santa exchange, sip on hot chocolate or warm mulled wine and enjoy tasty Christmas treats as we laugh, chat, and soak up the holiday cheer together.
