OMMM Restore & Glow — A Beautiful Way to Begin Your Day
The signature Self-Care experience
Join us for a beautiful 2-hours designed to help you slow down, deeply restore and reconnect with yourself through movement, meditation and mindful self-care.
This special Summer Radiance edition begins with a yin-inspired SLOW FLOW to gently release tension from the body through calming movement, grounding breathwork and longer-held stretches created to encourage deep rest within the nervous system.
The experience then flows into our signature GLOW FACIAL Ritual using our own arOMa Ritual products, lovingly designed by Elliott Yoga Studio. Through mindful touch, facial massage and self-care ritual, we explore ways to soften facial tension, calm the mind and encourage a natural summer glow from within.
