Within this 90min Event Angela will introduce you to a range of essential oils with the aim to:

• Understand the wellbeing benefits of each oil and how to best use them for your needs :peri-menopause, menopause, fertility, motherhood, boost energy, relaxation, better sleep..... It truley is endless.
• Learn the best ways to mix the essential oils together to create a safe and effective blend. Made with the finest essential oils, 100% natural  and vegan friendly. 
• Discover more about your chakra energy channels and ways to soothe your energy system with the use of oils.
• Feel more confident to utilize essential oils within your life on and off the mat.

After spending some time getting familiar with the scentsational world of essential oils, teaching you the safe and practical way to blend your own unique roller body oil, we will then apply the oil onto specific pulse points and settle in for a beautiful relaxing meditation practice.

At the end of the event you will understand why essential oils have long been renowned for their ability to improve emotional and mental well-being and why when used properly, they can be a beautiful compliment to any yoga or meditation practice. 

Rollerballs you create are yours to take home along with the recipe for future use.

Angela will also show you ways to use your oil and set intentions everyday. 

This Event is open to all, and no experience is necessary. Everything will be provided for you although you may like to bring your own notebook and a pen. Please let Angela know if you have any allergies, especially those pertaining to the skin.
