OMMM RESTORE combines dynamic and restorative movement, functional mobility, stretching and mindful flow to release tension, improve range of movement and create a greater sense of ease in the body. Using bolsters, blocks and straps, we explore movement, mobility and the energy of the chakras, creating a deeper connection between the body, breath and how we feel. Move freely. Feel deeply. Restore your energy. ✔️ Inspired by Yin and Yang Yoga principles. Class Times: Wednesday 10am Thursday 6pm Classes are suitable for complete beginners and beyond.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session please login to your members' account. Classes cancelled within 6hrs of class start time will be deemed as 'class attended'. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cancelled your classes, private sessions or massage treatments and you paid for this service using a bank card or paypal please contact us to start the refund process. info@elliottyogastudio.com If you cancel using an Elliott Flexi pass or best of both there is no need to contact us as all class session will automatically be refunded.
