Also known as 3 part breathing / Full YOGI breath to calm the mind and nourish the body.


This Three-Part Breathing pranayama is one of the most calming, grounding breathing techniques you can do, as it helps to create positive changes to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.


By bringing awareness to your body and consciously practicing pranayama (breath work) you can create time and space for your mind and body by improving focus and allowing you to live in the present moment.


ideally practice this technique for at least 5 minutes each day.
